1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Construction Sales Academy website (the “Site”) and any educational materials, course outlines, and resources we provide through the Site (collectively, the “Content”).

By visiting the Site, submitting a registration form, or otherwise using the Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Educational Disclaimer (No Professional Advice)

Construction Sales Academy provides educational content only. The Content is designed to teach sales techniques and operational basics relevant to construction supplies retail and trade counters, such as customer communication, product presentation, SKU navigation, inventory basics (for example FIFO rotation and reorder point concepts), and retail workflow.

The Content does not provide engineering, legal, financial, or business advice. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, manufacturer technical documentation (including technical data sheets), safety instructions, site-specific risk assessment, contractual terms, or applicable laws, standards, and regulations.

Any examples, scripts, checklists, or role-play prompts are provided for training purposes and should be adapted to your situation. Decisions about product selection and use should be validated against current manufacturer documentation and project requirements.

3. What We Provide

The Site offers information about our educational program and provides a way to submit a registration interest request. We may also share course outlines, learning objectives, and sample educational materials.

We may update, improve, remove, or change the Site or Content at any time. We do not promise that any specific lesson, module, cohort schedule, or format will remain available.

The Site is a lead-generation and informational website. It is not an e-commerce store and does not include checkout, payment processing, user accounts, or a member dashboard.

4. Registration Form Submissions

When you submit the registration form, you provide information such as your name, email address, and learning goals. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to share details about upcoming training cohorts. We do not sell personal data. More information about how we process personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not harm the Site, our users, or our business operations. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site to transmit malware, phishing content, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, probe for vulnerabilities, or access non-public parts of the Site.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site in an automated way without our written permission.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through the registration form.
  • Interfere with the performance of the Site, including by overloading, flooding, or sending automated requests.
  • Use the Site in violation of applicable sanctions, export laws, or other legal restrictions.

We may suspend or block access when we reasonably believe a user is violating these Terms or creating security risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and Content, including text, lesson structures, frameworks, checklists, graphics, and design elements, are owned by Mejrvilon LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content for your personal or internal business learning purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission.

Construction Sales Academy and related names and marks are trademarks or trade dress of Mejrvilon LLC. You may not use them in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may reference third-party products, documentation, or services in an educational context. If the Site contains links to third-party websites, those websites are operated by third parties, and we do not control their content or policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, including their accuracy, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mejrvilon LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the Content will meet your needs or that applying any training concepts will lead to specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mejrvilon LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or Content will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mejrvilon LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) any information you submit through the Site.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, hosting failures, or other events outside our control.

12. International Use

The Site is operated from Czechia. We make no representation that the Site or Content is appropriate or legally available for use in all locations. You are responsible for complying with your local laws when accessing the Site.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that courts located in Prague will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, and those rights are not limited by these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and provide a brief written description of the dispute and your requested resolution. We will try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief that must be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates risk for the Site, other users, or us.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Mejrvilon LLC regarding your use of the Site and Content.

18. Assignment

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

20. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective 14 days after they are posted on this page unless a shorter period is required for security or legal reasons. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when the most recent changes were posted.

21. Electronic Communications

By using the Site and communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic communications, including emails and notices posted on the Site, satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
